Prof. Yongming Li 
Chongqing University, China
He works as a professor and doctoral supervisor at Chongqing University. He was a postdoctoral fellow at School of Computer Science of Carnegie Mellon University in the USA, and a senior visiting scholar at Department of Computer Science of Pennsylvania State University in USA. He is the deputy director of Institute of Signal and Information Processing of Chongqing University and the Director of Laboratory of Intelligent Information Processing and Computing Services. He is the recipient of the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award of Chongqing University in 2007 and 2008, and one of the third batch of reserve candidates of Chongqing Academic and Technical Leaders ("Information and Communication Engineering", 2018). He is a member of Intelligent Medical Committee of Chinese Association of Artificial Intelligence, a member of Intelligent Robotics Committee of China Computer Federation, a member of the Artificial Intelligence Technology and Application Committee of China Institute of Communications, a member of Biophysics and Regenerative Repair Society of the China International Exchange and Promotive Association of Medical and Health Care, a member of Chongqing Health Engineering Committee, a director of Chongqing Digital Medicine Society, a member of the Chongqing Chronic Disease Management Innovation Industry Alliance, a member of Youth Working Committee of Chongqing Institute of Electronics, etc. He is a review expert of National Natural Science Foundation of China, Ministry of Education of China, Chongqing Science and Technology Program, and other scientific research projects.
Dr. Milan Parmar
Mississippi State University, USA
Milan Parmar is an academician, learner, teacher, developer, consultant, and researcher with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education and industry, as well as an excellent research publication record with 7+ years of extensive research experience and credentials in Data Science. He specializes in solving complex problems using machine learning and data analytics, especially in the industrial and healthcare domains. He is currently a researcher in the Computer Science Engineering department at Mississippi State University in Starkville, Mississippi, USA. He is currently assisting the Dean of the Department in maintaining a Predictive Analysis group, and he previously assisted his previous Head of Department in maintaining a data science group at Jilin University of Finance and Economics in China. In this group, major responsibilities included supervising Ph.D. and master’s students on their theses and identifying new analysis topics for the group that could lead to publications. He is the first Indian to receive the Chinese Education Board’s Outstanding Foreign Lecturer Award in Jilin Province, China. He has prior experience with outreach programs, workshops, collaboration meetings, and conferences. Motivated to continue contributing in the field of machine learning. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Jilin University, his Masters in Embedded Microelectronics and Wireless Systems from Coventry University in the United Kingdom, his Bachelor of Engineering from Mumbai University in India, and his first degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Mumbai University in India. He has also advised numerous public and private organizations on the implementation of information systems.
Prof. Nan Ma
Beijing University of Technology, China
She is a professor at Beijing University of Technology, the Deputy Secretary-General of China Artificial Intelligence Society, IEEE/CAAI/CCF Senior Member. Her research interests lie in interactive cognition, visual intelligence, knowledge discovery, and intelligent system. She hosted 5 national and provincial projects, such as National Natural Science Foundation of China and Beijing Natural Science Foundation. She serves as a reviewer and member of the procedure committee of CVPR and other international conferences. In recent years. She presided over six projects from enterprises, such as "intelligent vehicle and road network visual simulation interactive system". Her intelligent interaction team won many championships in some intelligent driving competitions, such as the virtual scene competition of 2018, 2019, and 2020 World Intelligent Unmanned Driving Challenge respectively. Also, her team of achievements "unmanned cloud intelligent interaction system" won the top prize in the final of the second China "AI +" innovation and entrepreneurship competition. She achieved the second prize of science and technology award [technological invention] of China Electronics Society in 2020. She has edited 4 books, published more than 60 academic papers including over 40 papers indexed by SCI or EI, obtained more than 10 patents and 20 software copyrights. She has taught the online course "Intelligent Interactive Technology" in Chinese University MOOC five times, and more than 12000 people have studied the course online.
Prof. Milan Tuba
Singidunum University, Belgrade, Serbia
Milan Tuba is the Vice Rector for International Relations, Singidunum University, Belgrade, Serbia and was the Head of the Department for Mathematical Sciences at State University of Novi Pazar and the Dean of the Graduate School of Computer Science at John Naisbitt University. He is listed in the World's Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University in 2020 and 2021. Prof. Tuba is the author or coauthor of more than 250 scientific papers (cited more than 5000 times, h-index 42) and editor, coeditor or member of the editorial board or scientific committee of number of scientific journals and conferences. He was invited and delivered around 60 keynote lectures at international conferences.
He received B. S. in Mathematics, M. S. in Mathematics, M. S. in Computer Science, M. Ph. in Computer Science, Ph. D. in Computer Science from University of Belgrade and New York University. From 1983 to 1994 he was in the U.S.A. first at Vanderbilt University in Nashville and Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences, New York University and later as Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering at Cooper Union School of Engineering, New York. During that time he was the founder and director of Microprocessor Lab and VLSI Lab, leader of the NSF scientific projects and theses supervisor. From 1994 he was Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Director of Computer Center at University of Belgrade, from 2001 Associate Professor, Faculty of Mathematics, University of Belgrade, from 2004 also a Professor of Computer Science and Dean of the College of Computer Science, Megatrend University Belgrade. 

His research interest includes nature-inspired optimizations applied to image processing, computer networks, and neural networks. Member of the ACM, IEEE, AMS, SIAM, IFNA, IASEI.
